According to his scriptwriter, quoted in the Washington Post, Edwards is going to be saying that he would invade Pakistan if "actionable intelligence" is found. Great. Another democrat I cannot vote for.

I know, I know: But, Max, what if you're wrong? All these great politicians are saying the same thing, maybe they know something you don't. Nope. I ain't budging. They're wrong.We take action against Pakistan, and, under the sunniest optimism, we have the taliban sequel, right there. Under more realistic scenarios we ignite world war three. So, no, I'm not smarter than the Democrats, but I've got less reason to lie than they do. I believe they know what I know about that situation, and are choosing the rhetoric they are because they want to "look tough" , but, with relatively little chance of actually doing what they say.

If it weren't for some of his stances, I'd almost be ready to jump sides and say "I (heart) Huckabee". But, sorry, I know I've got readers who strongly disagree, but his stance on abortion, and his stance on legislating morality just doesn't sit well with me.

Looks like I'm gonna be voting third party, again. And, again, my friends are gonna accuse me of wasting my vote, at best, or of supporting the guy they don't like. But, again, I just have one simple test: I have to be able to vote "For" the candidate, not merely "against" the other guy.
